Do you know someone who deserves a free journal issue?

From the launch of the journal I have sent free issues of the Understanding SharePoint Journal to people whom I think has done benefit either to the journal or to the community in general. People who have received free issues so far have been both famous MVPs as well as completely unknown readers and visitors who helped out in some way.

However, I realize that I do not know about all the people who are magnificent SharePointers, so I have decided to open this program to others as well.

Do you know someone you think deserves a little reward for something? If so, post a comment here, or send an email to journal<[at]>understandingsharepoint.com. You can even nominate yourself. Explain in a few lines why you think that person deserves a free issue. Every now and then I’ll pick a good reason and donate a free issue to your person of choice.

All suggestions are moderated, but I’ll ask that if I use your suggestion, that you allow me to post your reason, as well as the name of whoever you nominated.

I finished your “Building the SharePoint User Experience” today and I am floored with excitement. I have just been assigned as the SharePoint dude, besides my other developer tasks, and I so appreciate your knowledge, or publishing of it anyway. I will add your Journals to my library for sure. The best parts about your book was the point to “Have fun!” and the statement “there is no failure. Either you learn or you succeed.” Well, I damn sure learned and want to learn more. I hope to receive a free Journal, not to save money but to just receive something from you that I would value.
    Thanks
