The number of questions you can have in a survey varies by question type. To complicate matters you can also only have a limited number from a given question type group. The groups are:
Text/Single choice (63 questions total)
Multiline text/Multiple choice (32 questions total)
Number/Currency (32 questions total)
You may, within one group, have only the total number of question, but you may distribute these question by type as you see fit. For example you can have (50 single lines of text questions and 13 single choice questions) or (63 single choice questions but no single line of text questions).
The other individual question type limits are:
Lookup (16 questions)
Yes or no (16 questions)
Calculated (8 questions)
