Did you know you can use keyboard shortcuts in the web interface? Here are some shortcuts you might not have seen before:
ALT+/ : Site Actions menu
ALT+L: Personal menu
ALT+N: New menu in lists and libraries
ALT+C: Actions menu in lists and libraries
ALT+I: Settings menu in lists and libraries
ALT+1: First top navbar link
ALT+3: View all site content link
ALT+6: Help link
ALT+W: Cycles through webpart headers
Hit [Enter] after any of these shortcuts to click the link, ie. ALT+N, then [Enter] to add a new item to a list or library.
